You can purchase additional life insurance coverage so you and your family members have extra peace of mind.

• For yourself: Choose between 1 and 10 times pay up to $2,000,000. Note: You may have to provide Evidence of Insurability (EOI) depending on the coverage level you elect. See your Summary Plan Description for details.
• For your spouse: Choose coverage in $10,000 increments up to $100,000.
• For your child(ren): Choose $5,000 or $10,000 of life insurance for each of your children.
