That’s why Cintas provides support—at no cost—to help partners who are close to age 65 find health care coverage that meets their needs and budget in retirement.
Alight Retiree Exchange
For partners who are within 18 months of turning age 65, Cintas offers the Alight Retiree Exchange to help you navigate Medicare and other health plan options in retirement. The Alight Retiree Exchange takes the worry out of making these important health care coverage decisions with personalized guidance and expertise.
Alight Retiree Exchange offers the following services and more for free:
- Access to national and regional Medicare insurers
- Help finding coverage of all types, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, prescription drug, dental, vision and hearing plans
- Support evaluating options, comparing plans and enrolling in coverage
- Personal and unbiased guidance so you can make informed decisions about your benefits
- Assistance after enrollment, and in the future as needs change
When you become eligible for this service, you will receive information at your home address. You will also see a Journey on PartnerConnect. If you have questions, contact the Cintas Service Center for assistance.
RetireMED iQ
For partners who are within 18 months of turning age 65 and live in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky, Cintas offers RetireMED iQ to help you navigate Medicare and other health plan options in retirement. The Alight Retiree Exchange is also available to partners who live in these states.
RetireMED iQ offers the following services and more for free:
- One-on-one education
- Assistance with billing questions or issues
- Confirmation of your prescription drug coverage
- Confirmation of network status of specific physicians and specialists
- Plan assessments if needed during Medicare’s Annual Enrollment Period
